If any of the items you have purchased do not meet your expectations, you may return them for an exchange or refund.

Return Policy
BerkiraStore offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the item(s) current selling price.
Returns must be accompanied by reference# and items must be returned in new condition with the original unopened packaging and contents. If you do not have the original receipt, please contact us.
If you wish to fully or partially return your purchase
Please, DO NOT send your return without Return Authorization Number.
The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Gift Certificates cannot be refunded
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- We do not accept C.O.D. packages
- Please wrap your package securely, use the original packing material if possible
- For all missing parts, defects, damages or incorrect items please contact us before returning the item. We may be able to send you the missing part.
- All returns or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt.
- Please note it may take 1 or 2 credit cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
